Bandai Bridge
Bandai Bridge could be said to be the symbol of Niigata City. The current bridge is the third incarnation, known as the solid bridge that didn’t budge during the 1969 Niigata Earthquake. The bridge lights up at night, showing off its beautiful figure.![]()

Niigata Prefectural Government Memorial Hall
ince its construction in 1883, this building was used for 50 years as the Prefectural Assembly Hall, and is now open to the public. As a modern institution it is one of the most premiers in the country, and is a nationally designated important cultural property.![]()

Yahiko Shrine
